THE ASSETS
The assets of the Trust are set out in the Trust Deed and are defined as the property made up of the two parcels of land to the North and South of Rosewood Avenue and the structures which stand upon them.

THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The Management Committee is responsible for the day to day activities of the Gosforth Garden Village Association. This involves the 'management and control' of the Trust's assets and its uses, property maintenance and insurance and financial management.

USER GROUPS
The overriding purpose of the Trust Deed is to protect the assets of the Trust and to provide its Association's User Groups with suitable facilities to carry out their activities. The User Groups can make representation to the Management Committee, through their Sectional Committee Members, (the User Group Reps.), to release funds and make alterations to the facilities available within the assets of the Trust.

MEMBERS
The 'ordinary' membership of the Association is divided into Full Members and Associate Members. Full Members must be inhabitants of Garden Village - falling within the Gosforth Garden Village Association catchment.
